This dry Rosé is made from Shiraz picked on the 6 March 2025 at Strawhouse. The wine is a vibrant magenta - owing more to the Spanish Rosado than the pale Provencal. It has delicious berry fruit aromas and a clean, fresh palate that opens to flavours of field berries. The dry finish will make it a great wine for the table. Chill and consume. May throw a harmless, natural crystal tartrate deposit.
