This wine is named for Lilian Cecelia Byrne born in 2023. The 2023 growing season was quite challenging - cool and wet. Patience was required - vintage 2023 began on the 21 March. In the end we picked some rich ripe fruit and gave it the classic Chardonnay treatment.

Barrel fermentation, lees stirring and new & older French oak barrels. A rich cool-climate style with white peach fruit flavours, fresh natural acidity and a complex finish. Drink now or cellar with confidence.
