Named for granddaughter Lilian, this blend of Merlot (60%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) was fermented and matured separately before being blended to make this classic medium-bodied red. The wine has charm, lift and fruit flavour in the blood plum spectrum. 16 months in barrel gives texture and balance. The fruit for this wine came from one of our neighbours on Boree Lane; it is an excellent expression of the Orange region.
