Our tasting room is open at the beautiful Strawhouse property on the northern slopes of Gaanha Bula-Mount Canobolas. Book in and enjoy the chic-shed aesthetic of the tasting room set amongst the trees of the property.

This is how it runs…we are open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for tastings and wine sales. We will be open during FOOD Week - Friday 5th April - Sunday 14th April, 2024. Tastings are $15/head. We don’t charge in advance. We offer wines by the glass. If you are looking to visit and taste on other days please call Justin on 0402 498 419 to check availability. To guarantee your spot please book your tasting. Group size is limited to 10 people at a time. Tastings will be one hour viz. 12:00noon, 1:00pm etc…with the last booking at 4:00pm.
There’ll be a fire for the cool days, or you can pull up a pew on the sunny deck overlooking the vineyard and the beautiful vista of the Boree Creek Valley.
There will be a warm welcome - come by, relax and enjoy.

12pm to 5pm Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Last booking 4:00pm. Other times by appointment.
Strawhouse is a small family-run business & very occasionally may be closed due to personal / family requirements. Please check here or FB/Insta for notification of any current or upcoming closures.
GROUP BOOKINGS
Due to the size of the tasting room bookings are REQUIRED for all tastings to ensure we can accommodate you.
We can host groups of up to 10 people MAXIMUM throughout the day. If you have more than 10 people please call 0402 498 419 or email info@strawhousewines.com.au to see if we can meet your needs.
Please allow 45-60 minutes for your tasting.
We are also happy to offer our wines by the glass as well - a good option for a lazy Sunday.
